
Anxiety is a fear that persists, a constant and unrelenting state of stress.
Stressful situations, or maladaptive behaviour, learned by emulation, can also contribute to anxiety.
Persons most prone are those with little tolerance to stress. This may be due to a genetic predisposition or to the presence of stressful elements during childhood.
Symptoms :
· To be easily tired
· To feel worked up
· Muscular tension, headaches, trembling
· Sleeping difficulties
· Excessive perspiration, increased heart rate, shortness of breath,
diarrhoea
